You will have full use of the house and its own surrounding garden, which has been landscaped to feature New Zealand native plants.
There's also a small orchard, herb garden, and, depending on the season, vegetables for you to pick.

The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area opens to an outdoor covered deck leading to the lawn, has stunning ocean views and plenty of space to relax.

Bedrooms
This modern coastal home features three spacious bedrooms: two with queen beds and one with two singles (can convert to a super king )
There is a cot available, making this a perfect family getaway.
There is also a separate dedicated office.
Bathrooms & Laundry
The house has one full sized ensuite bathroom located in the master bedroom as well a a full sized bathroom in the hallway for the other two bedrooms.
The laundry room is equipped with a with a washing machine and a dryer.
Other things to note
Access is over a farm road, not suitable for very low vehicles. This is a working farm please be aware that there may be cattle in the paddocks and there is no access to the paddocks for guests.
